Barnaburn ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed and operated by Melkey, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Barnaburn iOS application.

Data Collection

Barnaburn does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. All app data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us, third parties, or any external services.

Data Stored on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted off your device:

• Focus session history (start time, duration, completion status)
• Daily check-in streak count
• App settings and preferences (session durations, notification preferences)
• Achievement badge progress
• In-app purchase transaction records

This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults, both of which reside entirely on your device.

Third-Party Services

Barnaburn uses the following Apple system frameworks. These are managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's own privacy policies:

• StoreKit — for processing in-app purchases ($0.99 break fee). Payment information is handled by Apple and is never accessible to us.
• FamilyControls / ManagedSettings — for blocking selected apps during focus sessions. App selection data stays on your device.
• UserNotifications — for session completion alerts and daily reminders. Notifications are processed locally.

Barnaburn does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting tools.
